one site I always found interesting was flash-gear.com It has abnormal things to put on your site, like "Wavy" which takes a picture of yours and makes it a lot cooler (check it out if you want to see what I'm talking about) They also have a chat board you can set up, and many other things!

i like to go to photobucket.com and type in a topic and a bunch of pictures come up relating to it. also, xanga.com go to blogrings type something in like icons, quotes, etc. they have some pretty good things there, hope i was some help,.
