Well, I personally like http://www.gotomylayouts.com It looks like a newer site, but I actually replace my profile layout like once a week lol, I get all my layouts from there. good luck finding help..

Find an image you like on the web, right click it if you using Explorer go to properties, near the bottom you will find the image url, if using Modzilla right click and copy image location.

If you have a photoshop or similar account upload your image and get your own url!
