some one i no has a penguin for their myspace its jus a penguin and it has there a about me in the stomach does anyone know how to do this?

Its a div layout.
I would not recomend one unless you know alot about html codes.
But just search for div myspace layouts and a bunch will come up.

It's a div layout.. that really is for experts only. You'll really need to know what you're doing to even edit it and put your text/links in it. I'd just stick to a regular layout until you read up on HTML and CSS. (Also, if you're friend has a DIV layout there is a good chance that they designed it themselves and didn't get it off a layout website).

As people have said before, it's a DIV Layout. They are relatively complicated but you can find instructions on how to install them.
