well i cant see the profile as it on private but i think what you may be talking about is a simple div layout.

search google for simple div layouts and see what comes up.

All u have to do is click on "Upload Picture" and Upload. Then set it as your Primary Photo.

Those are just a few. You can google something like "myspace div layouts" or "div overlays" to find tons more. Or you can make your own with a generator. There's tons of those around too.

Keep in mind however that when using a div layout, you have to have a pretty good understanding of html.
