Does anyone know sites for where i can edit my myspace layout and find cool ones as well?

I have browsed through the list of my friends and seen some cool layouts. On one i saw where a person put up a different default pic and a different display name for their friend, I want to know how I can do this.

Is there any site where I can edit my own myspace layout? If so, please inform me right now, thanks.
