That's my screen name (my last name is Baxter). All I did was go to Google and search for weird letters and symbols, copy/pasted ones I liked one at a time until I spelled Baxter. If you'll notice, there are no english letters in it at all. People always tell my they like my screen name, so I would recommend doing that.
